Effective Date:

This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. The original purchaser must be the one to make a warranty claim.

Circumstances Not Covered or Void Warranty:

This Warranty does not apply to several circumstances. Firstly, it excludes consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, which are inherently designed to degrade over time, unless their failure stems from a defect in materials or workmanship. Secondly, cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic, falls outside the scope of this warranty unless such damage results from a defect in materials or workmanship. Thirdly, damage resulting from the use of third-party components or products that fail to meet specifications is not covered. Additionally, damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external factors is excluded. Operating the system outside published guidelines or allowing service by unauthorized providers also voids the warranty. Tampering with the product to alter functionality without written permission, as well as work performed by non-authorized technicians, are also excluded. Lastly, failure to provide proof of being the authorized owner of the product, such as proof of purchase, renders the warranty void.
