Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, particularly items designed for oral or lab use (such as mouth guards), we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or unsealed products under any circumstances.

For all other eligible items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging

  • A written return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned with prior authorization and in resalable condition

All returns are subject to inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted outside the return window.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the item. Do not ship any item without receiving written return authorization. We will respond with instructions and return shipping details.
